FMP have come clean at last. We subscribers ARE going to have to pay more when the 1911 census gets added to the main FMP. |

Hmm, I've so far looked only at the index info, and used 10 credits on one transcription. I have identified quite a few households where I'd like to look at the original (and no doubt some where I'd then like to see what the transcriber made of the handwriting giving details such as birthplace/no of children to the marriage etc). I was waiting until I had a subscription option to do this. Have they not mentioned what the price will be for the add-on subscription? |

Ivy - no mention of how much. I too would very much like to know as I would only have a month or two of my Explorer subs left to run. |

It's really annoyed me I joined for the Explorer package and the way I read their info late December/early January. It said the 1911 census would be available to subscribers on find my past. No mention of extra charge. Also on the home page on the left hand side it said available April 2009. |

I also asked them about the 1911 census before I renewed my sub in December... I am not happy as they said it would be available to subscribers but did not mention about other charges. Now I wished I hadn't bothered to renew.... |
