So do you have Eliza's maiden name? Which child is your direct ancestor? |

Hi would anyone have any ideas on finding a relative who does not show up in the 1861 census and is dead before the 1871 census. I do not have the relatives name all I know is that in 1871 Eliza Edwards b1833 living at 129 White Horse Street Stepney was widowed and had a son Edward Edwards 1858, daughters Elizabeth Edwards 1861 & Mary Ann Edwards 1863 and a son John Edwards 1867. I have searched other websites and done an address search but nothing is showing up. I have tried birth records but these do not show parents names. Eliza does not show on the 1881 census either (guess she remarried)but thats not important as it is her husband of before 1871 I want to trace. Any Ideas would be gratefully received. |
