Twice in the past week, whilst working on Ancestry, the system has suddenly 'frozen'. I have been unable to get out of it and eventually each time have had to log off the internet. Has anybody else had this problem with Ancestry. |

I have had a problem with Ancestry since they introduced their new format.Often I click to close but the page doesnt clear completely and i have to go to Task Manager to close it down. Its not my PC but something in their program that is causing this. |
