FINDING CHILDRENS BIRTH DETAILS BORN TO MILITARY

If a child is born outside the uk to serving military members they have a normal British Birth Certificate. I cannot find them in the normal register for the date of birth is there a seperate section in records for these children. Can anyone shed some light on this problem |
