Baptism's in Rochdale

Could anyone please tell me if someone lived in norden rochdale and did'nt want to walk all the way to st chads in the early 1800's or late 1790's where could they get their children baptised ? there must be other churches around, i know they had to get married in st chads but not necessarily baptised. |

Thanks that's a great help I'm looking to go back another generation but maybe the Thomas and Alice were baptised in the same church as Robert was, i never this church existed i wonder wether there are records that go back to 1790-1800. |

The batch no on Family search supposedly covers 1785 to 1837. |

Hi Christine is Thomas not on those records he was born in 1792/3 i think. |
