Can anyone please help me find out if Edward ( middle name Alexander ) went to Canada, he was born on 5 /2/1876 in Aberdeen, no father and mother is Johann, I have him with his mother on 1881 and 1891 census, some distant relative has told me she believes he went to Canada, I have no other info on him, below is the 1891 census I have of him, thanks for reading this. |

Thanks Sylvia, I know his mother never remarried as I have her DC, but on Edwards BC it says Edward Alexander Forbes or Rae, Rae being his mother's MS, he is illigitimate. |

Thanks Margaret, is it possible to look at a death for him, because maybe he came to Canada later than 1911. |

It's very difficult to find his death in Canada, Sandra. All provinces have their own vital statistics. I've checked Ontario and British Columbia which are the only ones that I know that have such recent records. Needless to say, I've had no luck. |

Just checked Manitoba where they have deaths up to 70 years ago. No luck. |
