A parish register entry of their marriage will give witness names. Hopefully these might be family. Often the couple married in her home parish, so look for her baptism possibly linked to witness names, eg witness may be her brother, sister or other family member. |

Hi i am stuck in 1792 will my great great great grandparents Thomas Lees and Alice Shepard married in Rochdale 1811 and was wondering if anybody had a tips how to get back another generation as the marriage record for this period gives nothing away |
