Jac...I have some transcripts of Boys sent to Canada mainly from the Catholic Orphanages in and around the Westminister Diocese of London (1874 onwards)....The bulk of these records are kept at the Westminister Diocesan Archives under "The Catholic Emmigration Society".... |

Does anyone know anything at all about the practice of shipping (often orphan) children to Canada, Australia etc.in the 1900's? |
