Does anyone know what this means on a death cert? Causing the body to be buried. The informants name is not known to me. |

I have that on my ggrandfather's death certificate, it just means the person who registered the death, normally not a family member otherwise it would state the relationship. My relative was in a mental institute - disowned by his family!! |

I also had that on my step grandfathers cert. He died in hospital - no relatives (he was estragned from my nan) and when I checked up, the person causing the body to be buried was his landlord. |
