Having been spectacularly unsuccessful at tracing a clearly remembered family member who disappears around the time of WW2, I have decided to investigate the idea that he may have been a WW 1 prisoner of war who may have settled in England. Where do I start? Does anybody have any suggestions? |

Go to 1914-1917 great war forum (google it). They are World War One experts on there and will point you in the right direction. |

This is a great website listing hundreds of names of POWs who passed through this camp. Might help!? |
