Which Country/County?

This must be young Charles' birth registration. With him being born in the June quarter, chances are he may not have been born in time for the census . . .

I have a relative called Charles John Hydon who was born in 1871. His parents were Mary Ann Parsons [maiden name] and Charles John Hydon. However, on their son's birth certificate the father is known as just Charles Hydon, but on the son's [Charles John Hydon] marriage certificate [to Lizzie Houghton] it says the father too is called Charles John Hydon. I do have all 3 of them living together in the 1871 and 1881 census, though they are down as Hyden in one one of them. However, I am confident, despite the discrepancy that these are correct due to the address matching that of the birth certificate of the son [Charles John Hydon].
What I need help in finding is the birth date of Charles Hydon senior [the father of Charles John] And also Charles Hydon senior as an infant with his family on an earlier census.
Please can anyone help me?!!
