Hi can anyone advise me where to go, ive no details other than name of my dads parents, im only slightly sure that my gran Ina nee Purkiss and grandad Fraser Phillips were born in gran edinburgh and grandad possibly fife , my dad, his brother and sister all passed away and no papers were found, ive been through tons of possible records on this site and the ancestry site spent a fortune on as near as spellings and havent been able to connect anyone,i found a grandson of my grans brother who thought brilliant someone would have info but he has had no luck either, i cant trace grans birth so no parents, and grandads parents were supposed to have come from st peter port relys went there to search records thinking more chance but not one thing, is there anything else i can do or look into ?????????? |

There is this marriage on ScotlandsPeople; viewing it should give you both sets of parents. Sorry, but I don't have enough credits to view: |
