Hi, if you google orders/nuns you will get a good idea of how many 'orders' there are. Carmelite, Benedictine, Poor Clares etc. Quite a complex thing really. There are varying orders for monks too. I think if you could discover the area where she was born, you might be able to discover if there was a convent in the area. Hope this helps. |
