1891 census Toxteth Park, Liverpool shows a name Poll Fell. The name Poll is first name but not one I've heard before. Is it M/F, either way what is it short for? |

Seeing as the relationship recorded is sister i would guess that it's a female name, probably Polly, |

Could it be short for Polly which is a nickname for Mary or a shortened form of Pollyanna. |

Polly is also a more common nickname for Mary Ann. |
