Find your record on the IGI, and click on the source # (0989743 or whatever), then drill down thru the links until a "view film notes" button appears at the top right - click on this, and see: |

Follow this link and it tells you what you can see in the parish registers at different times. |

If you order the microfilm of that particular parish through your local LDS centre you get to see the original parish records. Often there is extra info on them. |
