Can anyone tell me where I would find info about ships crews from around 1910-1920. I have failed to find my relative on passenger lists leaving the U.K. so want to try crew lists. |

I think that would be a difficult task Elizabeth, they probably wont have lists on the net, and there were thousands of ships/boats - you could try the National Archives for the Seamans register. |

The Ellis Island site has names of crew members as well as passengers. You have to register for the site but it's free. |

The only other thing is, if you can get someone on ancestry.com to check out immigration as I know OH's grandfather appears on those lists even though he was a crew member. |
