There is a submitted record on the IGI which gives a birth and a christening for 1859. |

On some parish records, the priest has been very helpful and written the actual date of birth in the margin of the book, but this is not very common. |

I take all submitted recurds with a large pinch of salt.I became excited to see my great great grandmother in the records only to find that it was my information from my GR tree.I know it was my information because the chap had included my mistake about the placename! |

LOL, Mike I had something similar - found someone on here had lots of hotmatches. I was so excited. Then I asked him where he had obtained all this stuff "a very good site called familysearch.org" pmsl - he had just copied all my stuff from years back which I am ashamed to say had many errors due to a newbies enthusiasm. |
