I wondering if anyone could help with any ideas of what I could do next, I am tring to find out what happened to my grandfather's dad after the war. I know he was called William Arthur Jeffrey and was born on the 10/10/1909 he was released from the raff on 18th November 1945 July to a Brighouse address, on my grandfathers marriage certificate in July 1960 his dad is said to have died, although this may not be true as some of the things I have found out have opened cans of worms !!! I also know that William was born in gosforth Northumberland. |
