where do i start (want to find adopted brother)

Hi can some one please tell me where do I start to find a brother that was adopted at birth only have my mothers details and that he is older than myself apart from she was in the staffordshire area at time of adoption can any one please help lyn |

Another way is to go to the GRO web site and follow instructions about 'Adoption' |
