hi all i just want to know if i can find birth of james on internet. He was born in leek .I have looked up bmd staffs but it only start 1837 |

Pre 1837 you need Parish Records. |

Did he marry? If so you could look for the marriage, buy the cert for £7 and you would then have his fathers name and occupation to help you. Plus his residence and the names of the witnesses. |
