I have been trying to locate the birth record of my aunt and her twin brother.
From her daughter I have been told that their birthdays were in June 1910. My aunt married in April 1930 and according to the certificate she was 19 years of age.
Is it possible that these births having not been registered could go unnoticed by the registrars at that time, and would she have had to produce a birth certificate at the time of marriage?
The twin brother died apparently when he was 3 years old, I can't find that record either?
Does anyone on this board have any idea what to do next?
Any help gratefully appreciated.
