You say you believe he was buried in the UK. If you search on the CWGC website you will find out exactly where he is buried or commemorated. I certainly have some certificates in the normal format for soldiers dying in the UK. The overseas ones are, in my experience, very abbreviated. |

Thanks to Joan and Denis for your replies I have looked on the CWGC, with no success but he is on the army death index. Icould not understand why he was not on the normal BMD index as he died in the UK. But as he died of his wounds I suppose that explains It. |
