Is there any reason why a person would not be albe to see his foster records he was fostered from adout 1949 to 1955 he was age 11 at the time thanks for your time Valxxx |

From what I recall - fostering records are destroyed once the fostered person goes out into 'the world'. Adoption records are kept for much longer. All I can say is that the person who was fostered would probably marry in their original name. |
