As this person still has a tree on GR they are still a member even if their subs have expired. |

I suspect they will get a message from GR ...as a way of getting them to rejoin. |

Oh brilliant......thanks for that, don`t know if they still have a tree on here or not, or if they ever did, she was just someone who did look ups for Cambridge {she had all the discs}, not a relative at all............hopefully then she will get my message. |

As long as the person is still a member, they will be able to read their messages and to reply to them. The things that only a financial member can do are: view other trees, initiate contact with other members and post on these message boards. Everything else is the same for financial & non-financial members. |

You only cease to be a member if you remove your details from the site altogether. |

Nicky - as Margaret suggested, someone else on here may have the discs. If not, you could try the familytreeforum website. |

Richard and Peter...thanks for confirming how the GR set up works when you no longer subscribe... always useful to know if I feel like saving myself £10.00 next renewal date. |

Sorry Chris ,you misunderstood me, I wasn`t asking where I could trace all my far flung rellies,...........just trying to point out that with them being so spread out I couldn`t possibly buy all the records, and that where I can i ask for look ups.. |
