Can anyone help me please?! I am trying to find out where a Thomas Mackney was born. I have been told he was probably born in Southern Ireland although we are not entirely sure. If not, he could have been born in Essex. I don't even have an exact birth year ! - I am guessing around 1810 as he had a son born in 1828 Can anyone tell me where I should start?!? |

Was Thomas still alive in 1851? |

No, unfortunately he had died by the time his son got married in 1847. Thanks for suggesting it though. |

Have you found Thomas' death registration? |

Thank you - it's a possibility - his son was born in the Woodford Bridge area of Essex. I don't know his wife's name. |
