Found my Mum in laws parents, no problem.
Found her paternal grandparents births and their marriage.
Alexander James Musk b June 1886 Hartismere.
Charlotte Mary Sharman b June 1887 Hartismere.
The problem now is I've looked on both the 1901 and 1891 censuses, where they should both be, and there are no records of them. Any tips as to what to try next would be very gratefully received.

Christine you're a star! I can now dig a bit further.
I wonder where the Alexander went? Maybe they dropped it after his birth registration. My MIL did think he was James Alexander, although his birth is registered the other way round.
