	Sarah Alice Tarbitton b 1863 Scarborough, married in 1880 to Isiah Nurse, again in Scarborough. I can't find her in 1871, could someone else please have a try..... Thanks Peter

	1881 - yes I don't have the marriage cert - the query is because I am helping a 4th cousin (who has just started). There is some confusion because an Isaac Nurse married Sarah Ross in 1879, and Sarah Tarbitton in 1901 has her occupation as "wife of Isaac Nurse!! Haven't got round to the certificates yet - just trying to work something out..... Isiah is on my tree, haven't a clue whether Isaac is related but I think not!! If I were to guess, looking at Tarbitton births her parents are Richard (looks like deceased by 1871) and Jane who has remarried Job Beer and has three of the four Scarboro'Tarbitton births with her (except Sarah!!!!!) 	These are the only Tarbittons from scarborough that appear to be on the 1871. The 3 children are down as son/daughter in law...which probably means step children ...it looks like the mother may have remarried...could this be Sarahs brother? 	Confused of New Zealand replying - must have been up too late last night - it's 1891 and it doesn't say Isaac, it says wife of I Nurse and I misread it (red wine??) Sorry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I still can't find her in 1871 and I'm struggling to find the Isaac Nurse so I can eliminate him. Peter
