When i click on a quarter in the full index BMD search....theres nothing there!
I even tried other years....the same.

This is driving me nuts!
It wont allow me to view any original images now!

My subs have not run out,i checked.

When Ancestry works its brilliant BUT it is really annoying at the moment !

I had same prob last night. Couldn't view original census forms.
Have you pressed link in top right hand corner which says ' having problems viewing this image'? I did so and sent error report. Working ok now. Maybe a coincidence but worth a try.

I did that on about 10 viewings....

I have been having this problem on and off for over a week now. But they have been updating those records, so maybe thats why.

Do wonder just what is going on. A search on the full BMD registers recently enabled me to view images, but they were not the ones I wanted to view. Didn't even start with the same letter.

I used to have to click the space bar to make it load....I dont now!

I have sent a message to Ancestry....have to wait n see what they have to say.....

Saturday night is my fav night for searching records......

£80 a year!!!!!! I work hard all week and then get this! Grrrrr

I had problems yesterday ......... it kept freezing on me after about 5 or 6 searches. All I could do was get out of the site altogether, then try again after 10 or 15 minutes. Then I would be able to do a few more searches, shut down .....

That was on both bmds and censuses.


Haven't been on long tonight, and it seems OK
