Hi Mchael, Yes it is Vista. What a good job I still have my old computer, they print OK of there still.

Jean,

Might be worth printing from the HP Printer using slightly different settings. Try with a different DPI (may be labelled as Print Quality). [Sorry, can't give you an exact set of instructions as I am not familiar with the menus for that model].
It has worked for me on a similar issue (non-FTM)

Hi Michael I have tried the things you mentioned but still no deviding lines.

Would it be because I am female
? It shows my sister and family. On the report sheet I am the oldest child.

I have moved my FTM to my NEW computer and everything seemed fine. BUT when I print off a family group sheet it has no divisional lines or boxes. I have moved it before and that didnt happen then. What do you suggest.

Also this has always happened, if I print off descendants of my father, I am not included -do I do something wrong. I started the tree.
