Historical ER's are held in the main public library for the relevant area.....or in the County Records Office.

Only those eligible to vote will be listed on the ER.........very limited franchise in those years.......

Record Offices have Electoral roles for varying years. I have found them very useful in tracking families. What area are you looking for?
