hi need some help have got loads of certs from people from way back but went to find mine for a new passport and cant find it so need a copy were would i get the page number and vol |

It should be on the complete index on Ancestry or Findmypast. If you can't find it in the qtr. you were born have you tried looking at the next quarter to when you were born as parents have 6 weeks in which to register a birth. |

If it is your first passport, then a GRO copy may not be good enough, as it is only a photo copy, so vol and page number is no use at local offices they all have their own system, you will probably need to apply to the registry office that registered your birth, but you can check with the passport office to confirm this. |
