Allowing an invite on Ancestry..help please...

I have sent my cousin in Canada an invite to our family tree..she has filled out all the details but it is saying as she had a free trial and used the email address I have sent it to she now needs to enter her password..which she cannot remember...there is no `forgotten password` on there..what can she do please... |
