If you specify a parent name,,they should only send one that has it on,,so hopfully they dont both have a father David,,,,,, |

Thanks Kay. It would be about right if they both had fathers called David, considering it's in Merthyr I'd say it was fairly likely! |

No problem and no extra charge if you use the local (to the birth) reg office. |

Most local register offices now make a standing charge of £10.........for issuing a certificate,,,,,,,,,also some are willing some not and refer you to GRO Southport, |
