Missing Dates on Shared Trees

Has anyone else had this problem? When I have shared my tree I'm told that none of my dates are showing under the people entered. Obviously the Living Relatives are witheld I understand that, but I think when I first joined this site and shared my tree people could see the information I had entered of anyone deceased, now I'm told by that they can't see any dates at all. Have emailed GR and awaiting a reply.

I've had a look at my cousin's tree & can see all her dates & her notes

Just had a look at my OH tree, that he has shared with me, and I can view all he has input.

Also checked a couple of my contacts and there are no problems.

Just a thought...Have you recently updated your tree by Gedcom? If so then there may be a problem with Genes 'reading' it. However if you can see your own tree OK then that wont be the case.

Thanks for that Chris. I'm not aware that I have updated it by Gedcom, not even sure what that is haha! I can see my tree without any problem at all. Could see other peoples too, but not so now. When I search in a tree, if there are multiples of the same named person, it used to list them by date order, now it just lists them without.

Thanks Claire. I'm sure I could do that previously too. Aaaagh computers, great when they are working with you, frustrating when they're not!

Still having trouble with all my shared trees Hellen.I entered every relative manually,but others cannot see the dates.
