If you look for his birth on freebmd, you can order the cert, which will tell you full names of both parents.

Better still, order his marriage cert, which will give you an accurate age for him.........

I am trying to find out about my grandfather who was called Benjamin Barker.He was born in Ilkeston,Derbyshire around 1891.If anyone has any information for me i would be very grateful.He also married Mary Ann Chapman,she was also from Ilkeston Derbyshire.
