could anyone help me, I have recently come into possession of a large quantity of birth/ marriage/ death certificates and would like to know if anyone is aware of specific wallets/ plastic inserts that I can store these in as some from the 1800's are very delicate. Any tips or suggestions greatly received |

If you're in the UK, I believe you can get acid-free plastic wallets from WH Smiths. |

Photo copy them so you never need to touch the originals again, store the originals in acid free folders somewhere dry. |

You can get really nice albums specifically for certs (especially the old long ones) from my-history website |
