If you want to post the person's name and place of death here, somebody will look it up for you and give you the reference number you need to get the certificate. You can order it online from the GRO (it costs £7), or send off to the local register office for it.

yes, you need to be a subscribing member. But its worth every penny - if you are doing family history, it's the one internet site that is worth its weight in gold.

HAving said that, you can buy credits I think - or some poeple here will do look ups.

yep, you can find the death by looking on ancestry then buy the certificate.

The info you want will be on the cert.

Who would hold records of a death in 2002. I would like to find out who registered it.I know it would be the area they died but could you tell me which office please.
