Hi Could anybody tell me where plaxtol kent is i know where kent is but i want to pick up a marriage certificate dated 1817 . could anyone tell me where i have to go i only live in london so kent is not far away but i have never heard of plaxtol

Plaxtol is only a small village . It has a beautiful old village church and it may be worthwhile googling for it and ringing the verger to find out where the parish records are. i have a Rellie buried in the Church graveyard who came from Dunks Green an even smaller hamlet some three miles from Plaxtol.
