No they were both born in hungary so not on census that is why i posted hoping to find someone who whos Hungarian

thanks for that, I couldn't find the surname I wanted but found someone that knows a bit about hungary. i have posted my question on his notice board so I will keep my fingers crossed

Assuming he was born in UK, can you find his birth reg? Her name would be on the cert.

My step dads mum Erzsabet (Elizabeth) surname was pronounced Ser-up-cheen-nee. I would like to know how to spell the surname. is there anyone about that knows hungarian.
