He was a clerk in 1891 so it must be some admin/supervisory job to do with cotton.....but can't read it , sorry.

Could someone look at the following census for me and tell me what they think the occupation of George Croston is please:-

1901 census

GEORGE CROSTON

Civil parish is EVERTON, West Derby

He was born Liverpool in 1869

He is the head of the family
