Member Since: December 2005 Posts: 25 Send Message	I live in Tower Hamlets and there are IDEA Stores now and no central library (Don't ask!). You need to visit the Local History Library, see link: http://www.towerhamlets.gov.uk/data/libraries-leisure/data/libraries/history-archive.cfm
