trying to find anyone who might know our family. My father William Weir worked on the railways and was killed in a works accident many years ago 1933 Iwas only 4 years old my mother Susan Weir nee Darroch unfortunatley died in 1940 at that time we were living in Cardonald in glasgow wehad a house inCarham Drive I have a sister Susan and had a brother Robert who died in 1963 My grandparents on my mothers side liverd in the cottages of the southern general hospital my grandfather was chief engineer at the hospital until he retired and went to live in Skelmorlie Ayrshire hope there might be someone out there who can connect to any of this |
