Seeking information on ancestors, descendants of my grandmother Louisa URBAN, born Brighton c1851, married Robert Ambridge 1872. Their children (AMBRIDGE) were Edith c1874, Robert c1876, George c1877 (these three born Newington,Surrey), Louisa c1878, Kate c1879, Ernest Charles (Tom)1882, Molly c1884 (Louisa, Kate and probably Ernest and Molly born Lambeth, Surrey). Louisa URBAN may have had sister or cousin Emma born 1850, died 1874, brother or cousin George born 1852, sister or cousin Charlotte born 1854 - all recorded as Brighton. HOWEVER it is possible that Louisa URBAN's birthplace was Broughton, Buckinghamshire (NOT Brighton. Help please ! |
