Welcome to the boards Sue.

This thread is 14 years old so I doubt the poster is still looking for replies. Try clicking on her name and sending a private message. If she still has the same email address at she registered with Genes she will be notified.

Hi Cerynne,

I'm not descended from George Frederick Henley, but he's in my tree and I have more information about his family and offspring. I am sorry that I don't have my tree on this site, but please contact me for more information.

Best Regards,

Sue

We would very much like to find any information about George Frederick Henley (and any descendants). Born Brighton, Sussex, in 1878; he was an apprentice tailor in 1891. He served in the Black Watch regiment in the Boer War. He also saw action in WW1, and we believe he was a customs officer, at St Katharine's Dock, London, at the outbreak of WW2. That, however, is about all we know about him. We have no information at all about any descendants. Anything extra would be very welcome !
