Some baptisms, marriages and burials may be online at www.familysearch.org (free) or on www.familyhistoryonline*com (payperview - check county databases coverage first). Alternatively, parish records will be at the relevant archive, possibly the Surrey History Centre in Woking, but again you don't say where in Surrey. If its in modern day London, it might be at the London Metropolitan Archive. nell

LIinda and Helen. First many thanks to Helen for look-up of Bletchingley Bashfords which I also needed. Second: Linda, I am looking for John Bashford m. to Elizabeth also, as parents of my forbear Wm Bashford b. Bletchingley 1761 m Eliz Charlewood Burstow 1793. Did you have any luck in finding him? Was his wife Eliz. Oxley? Should be glad of any help. Think we are prob related!
