Member Since: December 2002 Posts: 1 Send Message	Trying to find descendants of Bessie McCabe who gave birth to Oliver (after a supposed relationship with George Gibbs) on May 26 1889 and gave him up to be adopted by his fathers mother - Mary Ann Gibbs who lived in Ruardean, Glos. Oliver's daughter Ivy is 90. She is my grandmother, She'd love to know more about her Grandmother. Bessie is noted as a schoolteacher on Oliver's birth cert. It is rumoured she was Irish and living in the Edinburgh area. George Gibbs worked on the railways and was born in the Forest of Dean in 1859. Thanks, Gareth
