My Uncle Martin Higgins Married into my mothers side of the family...(fraser) He came from scotland....& served as a scotts guard for a time! Just wondered if the name rang any bells.....He married Win Fraser....Sadly he died on the 1st december last yr....If it rings any bells...feel free to get in touch..
