Trying to find Hinnighan

Trying to trace history on Hinnigans or Hinnighans who probably settled from Ireland in Barston Ash, East Yorks, and definitely in West Yorks circa 1908. Looking for an Anthony Hinnigan born circa 1860 he had children John William, Thomas & Mary Ann. His sister was Bridget who married a Carroll. The family name changed to Hinnighan (with an 'h') in the early 1900's. Any info greatly appreciated
