Find Ancestors

I am looking for the Head family, they were living at 72 Glover Street, St Helens Lancashire in 1936. The family consisted of Mary Evangeline Head born 26/12/1908 Charlotte Head Sister parents Francis and Rachel Head nee Kettle. Mary married my grandfather William Martindale from 74 Glover street, in 1935, he was a widower. Mary died in 1947 after giving birth to a daughter Carol, who was adopted by Mr and Mrs Bevan, Mrs Bevan was Mary`s sister. My father Terry, was only 3 years old when his mother died, William remarried a Mrs Andrews, after Mary`s death and moved down to Reading Berkshire. My father is now nearly 60 years old, has no memory of his mother or even a photo. Could anyone please help? My father had been a fabulous parent and I would dearly love to repay him with the one photo he would love to own more than anything else in the world. Contact with the Head family would be even better.
