Trying to find Coe

I am trying to trace my fathers side of the family (COE).His parents were both geordies who emmigrated to South Africa before my dad was born out there in 1949. His father's name was Arthur Leslie Coe who married Mary MacCauley-Watson in Northumberland on 27th September 1947. They were both roman catholics, and on the marriage certificate, Arthurs father is John George Coe who was a factory steel worker at this time. The certificate is witnessed by a Mary Coe & a W Coe. I do not know if these are siblings of Arthur or an aunt and an uncle. I believe Arthur to have been born in 1923 and he died in Salisbury- Southern Rhodesia on 7th September 1952 when my father was 3 years old.
